Editorial Standards

Last Updated: May 22, 2026

Every Article-schema page on ShareValue.ai credits ShareValue.ai Editorial as the author. This page describes who that is, what standards apply to the analysis published here, and how corrections are handled.

In one sentence

ShareValue.ai analysis is produced by an LLM pipeline reviewed against the editorial standards below, anchored on algorithmic 4-pillar scoring (Valuation, Quality, Growth, Health) computed daily from EODHD data.

Who writes the analysis

ShareValue.ai's editorial system combines two layers: algorithmic 4-pillar scoring (Valuation, Quality, Growth, Health) computed nightly from EODHD fundamentals, and AI-generated commentary that explains each score in plain language. Both layers are reviewed against the editorial standards on this page before publication.

The framing is deliberate. Pillar scores are deterministic and reproducible from the same inputs; commentary is generated by large language models (Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini) and reviewed by the editorial team. Opacity about who or what produces the text would itself be a credibility problem, so we say it directly.

Editorial standards

Data sources

  • EODHD financial APIs for prices, fundamentals, dividends, and earnings.
  • SnapTrade for brokerage account integrations (portfolio scoring only; no trading).
  • Sector and industry taxonomy from EODHD Type taxonomy plus internal mappings for the qualified universe.

Scoring methodology

Every pillar score is computed from the public methodology at /methodology. The same inputs always produce the same score; nothing about the algorithm is private.

Conflict-of-interest stance

  • No equity positions in any company we cover. The editorial team and the company hold no individual stock positions in the qualified universe.
  • No paid placements. No company can buy a higher score, a feature in a leaderboard, or favorable commentary.
  • No revenue share with brokers we cover. Where we integrate with a broker (SnapTrade-connected accounts), the integration is technical only; we are not compensated for surfacing one broker over another.

Update cadence

  • 4-pillar scores: recomputed nightly around 03:30 ET from the latest EODHD fundamentals snapshot.
  • LLM-generated investment thesis and commentary: refreshed once per 90 days per cohort, or sooner when underlying scores move materially.
  • Insights articles and blog posts: dated at publication; substantive updates carry a revised modified date.

Correction policy

  • Factual errors are corrected within 24 hours of being reported and verified.
  • Significant corrections (those that change the substantive conclusion) are noted at the bottom of the affected page with the date of the correction.
  • Score-input corrections (e.g., a vendor data error) propagate through the next nightly recompute; the score history is preserved so the audit trail is intact.

Editorial team

ShareValue.ai Editorial is the entity responsible for the analysis published on this site. In practice that means:

  • An LLM pipeline (Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini) generates the prose layer on top of the algorithmic 4-pillar scores.
  • A small editorial team reviews the prompts, the output cohorts, and the published surfaces against the standards above.
  • No individual byline is attached to scoring outputs or AI-generated commentary, because the pipeline is the author. Where a human contributes substantive original analysis (e.g., a guest insight), the byline is explicit on that page.

We disclose the AI-led production model openly because hiding it would undercut the credibility of the analysis itself. If an article appears on ShareValue.ai without an explicit human byline, treat it as written by the pipeline described here and reviewed by ShareValue.ai Editorial.
