Terms of Service

By accessing or using ShareValue.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Pleasant Hill AI, doing business as Sharevalue AI ("we", "us"). These Terms are an agreement between you and Pleasant Hill AI, doing business as Sharevalue AI.

ShareValue.ai provides stock analysis tools and information for educational and informational purposes. Our Service includes:

• Stock screening and ranking based on fundamental analysis
• Financial metrics and scores
• Market data and analysis
• Investment research tools

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ShareValue.ai, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Investment decisions made based on the Service

Some parts of the Service need a paid plan. Every plan is an annual subscription, and you can hold more than one. We sell:

• Market packs: full rankings, screeners and filters for one market, such as the US or the UK, at US$24 a year for each market. The US market pack also includes insider trades analysis.
• The all-markets bundle: every market we cover, plus insider trades analysis, at US$79 a year.
• Insider trades analysis: our analysis of company insider trades on its own, at US$19 a year. The US market pack and the all-markets bundle both already include it.
• More AI credits: any paid plan comes with more AI credits than a free account.

Our Pricing page always shows the current prices. If a price on this page differs from the Pricing page, the Pricing page applies.

Free trial

You can try our paid plans free for 7 days. Starting the trial takes one click and needs no card or other payment details. During the trial you can use everything we sell. When the 7 days are up, trial access simply stops and your account goes back to the free tier. Nothing is charged when the trial ends, automatically or otherwise, and the trial never turns into a subscription by itself. You can buy a plan at any time. We offer one free trial per account. We keep a record of used trials, including the date a trial started, even after an account is deleted.

Free market for existing accounts

If you had a ShareValue.ai account before paid plans launched, you can pick one market pack free for 6 months from your account page. When the 6 months are up, that market goes back to the free tier unless you buy it. Nothing is charged automatically. The offer can be claimed once per account.

Billing

• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries about payments and handles returns, and its buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
• Our list prices are in US dollars. Where Paddle supports your currency, the price is shown and charged in your local currency, converted from the US dollar price at Paddle's exchange rate when you check out, so the local amount can differ slightly from day to day. Subscriptions are billed annually in advance. Depending on where you live, sales tax or VAT is either included in the price or added at checkout; Paddle collects it. The final price, currency and tax are confirmed at checkout before you pay.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each annual period at the then-current price, until you cancel. We will tell you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect on your renewal.
• At each annual renewal we charge your subscription in the same currency you subscribed in. Where that currency is not US dollars, the local amount is based on our US dollar list price and may be higher or lower than the amount you paid the year before because of exchange-rate movements, and sales tax or VAT is calculated again for your location. Paddle emails you a receipt for every charge, and we will tell you at least 30 days before any change to our US dollar list price takes effect on your renewal.
• You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription on the Pricing page or from any Paddle receipt. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires a refund or as set out in our Refund Policy.

Class Action Waiver

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Nothing in these Terms removes any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
