What company officers, directors and 10% owners are buying and selling with their own money, straight from their SEC Form 4 filings. Context, not a signal.

Every stock with open-market insider trades in the last 90 days

Insiders must report a trade on Form 4 within two business days. An open-market purchase is a deliberate use of their own money; sales are more often scheduled in advance (10b5-1 plans) or made for taxes and diversification, and a filing can be several lines for one decision. Treat any of it as context, not as a signal to trade on, and not as investment advice.
